    Abstract

Due to domestic social and economic growth, the aging population has seen a recent and rapid growth, accounting for a large proportion of the city’s major population. The rapid entry of aged society has become a major issue in Korea and it is necessary to change the existing infrastructure.
In order to solve this problem, this study aims to confirm the change of the existing infrastructure through the mutual interaction and integration of users from the planning phase of construction. In order to achieve this, a solution is suggested for the aging issue in Korea by analyzing cases of foreign developed countries that already have comparable experience.
